SmartVendBox helped us think through the full borrowing and return process, not just the locker cabinet. The discussions covered door control, item detection, payment rules and remote operation, making the proposed station much closer to our actual operating needs.

Consistent single-item release was our biggest concern because the machines had different sizes and packaging. Testing with real samples helped us confirm the channel spacing and release method before production, which gave us more confidence in the final configuration.

Our project combined touchscreen content, payment and a physical output, so it required more than a standard vending setup. SmartVendBox helped us organize the complete visitor journey and coordinate the screen, payment hardware and dispensing process as one system.

We were not looking for a standard vending machine. The SmartVendBox team worked around the size and packaging of our souvenirs, then adapted the cabinet graphics and interface to fit the venue. The result feels like part of the visitor experience rather than a generic retail machine.
